Terms of Service

  1. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to engage in services offered by Siren of the Isle LLC, unless authorized by a legal guardian. By proceeding with any service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.​ 

  2. Personal Responsibility: Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or inactions taken based on the services provided during the client's session.​ 

  3. No Guarantee of Accuracy: Intuitive and energetic services are not an exact science and there is no implicit or explicit guarantee of any specific degree of accuracy. The services provided are meant to offer insight and/or guidance and should not be seen as directives. 

  4. Liability Disclaimer: Siren of the Isle LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the client's interpretation and use of the information shared during or after a session. 

  5. Entertainment Purposes: Tarot readings and/or intuitive insights are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for or in any way constitute professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters. 

  6. Confidentiality: All services are conducted with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality, except in cases where disclosure is required by law. All information received to perform readings is kept confidential and not shared outside of Siren of the Isle LLC.​ 

  7. Right to Refuse Service: Siren of the Isle LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client at their discretion, with or without providing a reason.​ 

  8. Payment and Refunds: Payment is required prior to the services being performed and delivered, except in the case of utilizing payment options. Refunds are not typically offered, except in cases as determined appropriate by Siren of the Isle LLC.​ 

  9. Changes to Terms: Siren of the Isle LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms prior to each session.​ 

  10. Non-Discrimination: Services are provided without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic.

By booking or purchasing any service offered by Siren of the Isle LLC, all parties agree to adhere to these Terms of Service.
