✧ Can Reiki be sent and received from a distance? Yes. Reiki can not only be sent across the world, but through time and space as well. Due to the nature of Reiki energy, it doesn't have the same limitations we have, thus allowing it to travel when and where we cannot.
✧ Can Reiki help with physical or emotional issues? Reiki can support healing on physical, emotional, and mental levels, but it is not a substitute for medical treatment. It complements other therapies by promoting overall well-being.
✧ Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work? No, Reiki works regardless of belief. Openness to the experience may enhance your receptivity, but it is not required.
✧ Is Reiki safe? Yes, Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice with no known negative side effects.
✧ What can I expect during a Reiki session? During a session, you may lie down fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body. You might feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. You may have emotional or sensory experiences, or simply enjoy it as a moment of relaxation. Every experience is different, yet all are valid.
✧ What can I expect during a Distance Reiki session? The experience is mostly the same, except you are in control when it comes to what you do during your session. You may choose to block off time and space to be in a quiet, meditative space for the duration of you session, but it is not necessary for the reception of the energy. You could very well be out and about, or asleep. Neither of wish will hinder the process. Distance session are performed remotely, so there is no voice or video call required.
