I began working with this client at the beginning of 2023, as they were transitioning full-time into their own business, which had been established the year prior. At the time, their primary goal was to replace the income from their corporate role while building something sustainable and values-aligned. From the outset, their business was centered on helping people make meaningful career transitions—leveraging existing experience to move into higher-paying, more liberatory work.
My role was to support them as an Embodiment Mentor and Personal Strategy Guide during a period of significant risk, uncertainty, and growth. Rather than offering business tactics, I worked with them through pivotal choice points—addressing fear, doubt, and internal fragmentation that often arise when responsibility and visibility increase. I served as a steady, stabilizing presence, reflecting back their own wisdom while also offering clarity, insight, and grounded reality checks when needed.
Throughout our work, I supported decision-making by contextualizing timing using astrology as a tool—helping them discern when to act, when to wait, and how to align expansion with their capacity to integrate it. This allowed growth to unfold without bypassing, burnout, or ethical compromise.
By the end of 2023, the business had reached approximately $70k in annual recurring revenue. By the beginning of 2026, that figure had grown to over $725k. During this time, the client’s business supported hundreds of people in successfully transitioning careers and increasing their income by leveraging past experience. As a result, the client has become a well-known and trusted name within their industry.
Beyond measurable growth, the transformation has been deeply personal. As an individual, the client is more confident, more self-trusting, and holds a clearer awareness of their impact on others.
